Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. This cancellation policy outlines the fees associated with canceling your yacht charter booked through Yacht Life Goa.
Cancellations by You (the Charterer):

Refund: Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to your charter departure date will receive the amount after 10% deduction of the amount paid.

No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your departure date will forfeit the entire charter cost.
Cancellations by Us (Yacht Life Goa):

Full Refund: You will receive a full refund of the amount paid for your charter.

Reschedule: We will work with you to reschedule your charter for a mutually agreeable date. If the rescheduled charter is for a lesser value than your original booking, we will provide a refund for the difference.

What are the complimentary service provided?
Complimentary services include soft drinks, water, edible ice, icebox, chips, bluetooth music speaker.
Qualified captain and dedicated crew members to serve and ensure a smooth and unforgettable experience.

Is alcohol served on the yacht charters?
No, we do not serve alcohol but you can bring your own booze. Cutlery will be provided.

Do you offer any packages for celebrations?
Cake and decorations can be arranged on advance requests. Check our Services section to know more.

What are the safety precautions on the yacht?
We have all licences from various departments required to sail in Goa.
Safety features such as life jacket, lifebuoy, life raft and fire extinguisher are available on the yacht.
